Each company is unique and on its own leadership development journey. Regardless of your team's size or past initiatives, it’s important to design your coaching intervention to optimize its impact while catering to your resources and existing team dynamics. Here are 5 key program design questions you should carefully and intentionally consider:
External vs Internal Coaches?
Individual Participants vs Cohorts?
Fixed-Length vs Open-Ended Program?
One Coach Available vs Many?
Coach Assignments vs User Choice?

Starting on 8th February, Jaki will launch another cohort of her popular Jiandike Journaling program, which is available in both group and 1-on-1 options based on your preference. Jaki shares:
Focusing on your personal vision helps you to explore and articulate your ideal self and this drives your developmental process. When you combine focused goals with long-term vision you build emotional commitment to sustainable effort over an extended period of time. This leads to enduring personal change.
The Jiandike Journaling program will help you to:
Discover your ideal self and articulate it. This process involves helping you to become aware of your pain points – what does not seem to be working in your life. It includes imagining yourself in the future, where those pain points are eliminated: what are you doing? How are you feeling?
Assess the difference between the ideal which is the future and the real which is the present.
Formulate a learning agenda which is a plan of action. What do you need to believe and do differently? How can you start believing and doing that more consistently?
Practice and experiment the actions you have chosen based on options that you brainstorm, to examine the outcomes and refine them as needed.
If you are feeling overwhelmed and need help to figure out what’s next, and you enjoy self reflection and journaling, then Jiandike is the program for you. Jiandike is a series of guided weekly written reflections combined with virtual coaching sessions.
Reserve your spot before 1st February.
