We are excited to start our search to add two new members to our small, 100% remote, start-up team. The Head of Growth and Head of Customer Success will play vital roles as we move from servicing dozens of companies to hundreds over the coming years. Below is a brief preview of both roles. Head of Growth
The Head of Growth will lead new client acquisition as we move from servicing dozens of B2B clients to hundreds over the coming years. Your responsibilities will include crafting marketing campaigns, conducting demo calls with prospective clients, networking with HR, L&D, and other relevant stakeholders, managing our blog and social media accounts, creating marketing content, hosting informational webinars and virtual events, exploring potential partnerships, and closing new deals.
Head of Customer Success
The Head of Customer Success will ensure strong client impact and retention. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new coaches, managers, and HR administrators onto our platform, monitoring utilization rates, responding to user questions and feedback, and keeping manager subscriptions and partner programs on track.
