Last week I had an opportunity to participate in an in-person peer coaching session with a friend based in Mauritius. It was a fairly standard two-way conversation that allowed both of us to share a project we are working on and allow the other to listen, ask questions and share their thoughts.
What made it different than the dozens of similar “coffee chats” I’ve had as part of launching CoffeeChat’s peer coaching network 18 months ago, was that this time we were both equipped with a fun and helpful tool in our hands — official CoffeeChat peer coaching cards!
